Day 12: Gratitude Dance

Dancing has been proven to reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and contribute to a general positive outlook and an overall sense of well-being.  Some research even indicates that dancing can reduce the risk of dementia and help cure many diseases. So, everyone, LET’S DANCE!
Your challenge for today is to create your very own gratitude dance.  Just dance, whenever, wherever you feel inspired…. In the shower, in the car, in your kitchen, in your cubical, or in the middle of a shopping center, just dance! Turn on your favorite tunes and dance with your kids, your friends, your spouse, your dog, your cat, or your mailman, but just dance! It’s good for your body, good for your mind, and good for your grateful soul!  Just dance today!
